Arnis is a highly-evolved art of weapon fighting, being developed in the Philippine Islands for centuries through numerous live blade duels. This art stressed on direct and practical approach. Arnis training emphasizes heavily on partner drills and sparring to develop combat skills and awareness.

Note 1: All Weaponry Training consists of : Solo Techniques, Forms, Sparring, Self-defense Applications.
Note 2 : All Training Weaponry is non-edged & designs for training purpose ONLY to ensure safety.

Student self provide : Sports trousers (Pants, etc) and sport shoes, for sport shoes prefer the underneath is white colour or the underneath make no dirty mark on dancing floor. |
